I brew espresso in my stove-top Bialetti. This method highlighted the tart and jammy raspberry flavour mentioned in the tasting notes. It was well-balanced and the cocoa and cashew notes brought out a more rounded mouth-feel. I drank it black, and no sugar was needed as the flavour was sweet and balanced on its own. A very pleasant cup.
Good and well balanced this espresso for me as a dominat of nuts flavor with a slight touch of fruits. I'm used to italian espresso so I would prefer a stronger and longer aftertaste but it's still very smooth.
